Daniel McCullough is the General manager providing the skills and expertise as a general contractor with 37 years experience and a Logix dealer with 19 years experience.

Daniel McCullough is a Salt Lake County resident and graduate of both University of Utah and Westminster College, with degrees in Geography and Education. He also graduated from CNCC (Colorado North Western College) in Aviation Sciences. He completed his flight training and obtained his private pilot license and has been flying for over 4o years. Dan is married and has 4 daughters and 6 grandchildren. In his free time, he likes to spend time with his family and go flying!
He began his career first working for the Forest Service making maps in the aerial photography and photogrammetry department. As technology advanced his mapmaking skills became more obsolete and he decided to leave the Forest Service and go into business for himself. While growing up he had built homes with his father in Idaho Falls, Idaho. With his past experience building he easily was able to obtain his General Contractor’s license. He has been in business for himself as a General Contractor for over 30 years.
Dan has built over 250 custom residential homes and multiple commercial properties. Over the years, Dan was also able to qualify himself as a dealer for Logix ICF. He has specialized in high energy efficient construction for many years. Dan creates material takeoffs using ICF, provides intricate drawings and specifications for customer projects, provides estimates, and completes ICF orders specific to customer plans. Above and beyond that Dan can guide, consult, train as little or as much as needed for the customer’s job to be a success. Dan plays a key role in bringing customer plans to a building reality. Dan is dedicated to serving his customers and their needs.
Dan has been a strong advocate for building the home of the future to be sustainable and energy efficient. Dan’s experience expands over four decades in the construction industry and in early 2023, Dan, James Fackrell and Matt Peachey combined their talents and organized Tek Building Materials. Tek Building Materials is a Dealer for Logix Insulated Concrete Forms and Element Insulated Concrete Forms-a Logix Brand. Element ICF is soon to be released this summer. (2024) Tek Building
